I don’t think there’s one great technique to get someone to change. There’s lots! You need a kit bag full of them depending on who you are dealing with.
One of my top three ways of shifting someone’s vibration is to create movement and laughter. If you can make someone laugh, you are halfway to solving the problem. To do this, try giving someone a high-five. This helps to change the environment, the energy in the room. High-fives are so good!
