What are the levels of remote working?

During our first episode of At Home With Interesting People, our guest Jody Weir explained that each organisation sits within 5 levels of remote working. “Level 2 is like when you take everything you used to do in the office and you basically move it to Zoom. And level 5 is about asynchronous working and breaking down the work so that when you get together, you work on only things you need to collaborate on”.

To find out more and to hear Jody’s first step towards greater remote working, watch below…

What level of remote working is your organisation?

So is your business a stuck at level 2, or are you a 5?  There’s an easy way to find out.

At EPiC, you can apply for a free remote working health check which will help you understand your teams’ greatest remote working challenges. It provides the evidence they need to build a growth plan to target areas that are holding them back from reaching their full potential. You can apply here.

What is ‘At Home With Interesting People’?

Now that a lot of the world is in some form of self-isolation and in-person events are problematic, EPiC thought it would be a good idea to start a new virtual event. We’ve called it ‘At Home With…Interesting People’.  It’s a one-hour webinar show where EPiC chats about business agility and has fun with an interesting person, while at home.

Our first episode was with guest star, Jody Weir, Head of Agility at THE ICONIC.

Our second episode is going live on the 24th July, 2020 @ 12pm. Our guest is Matt McCormack from Cognizant. Register to the Zoom webinar here.
