EPiC Scrum Master

Our EPiC Scrum Master Training Course is a 4 half-day (Virtual) / 2 day (In-Person) dynamic, interactive and fast paced workshop, filled with practical learning experiences.

You will gain insights into what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement, and the roles, events and artefacts of Scrum, that will allow you to best achieve your objectives and assess the efficiency of your practices.

You will become better at:

• Understanding Agile Values and Principles that form the cornerstone of everything agile.
• Knowing what Scrum is and through your role as Scrum Master how you can bring it to life.
• Identifying opportunities to help your organisation and others go further on an agile journey.

This course will prepare attendees for the Scrum Master Certification from Scrum.org  (PSM™ I),  which is included with the class.

Is this a certification course?

This is a certification course. Attendees will gain access to the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master^TM (PSM I) certification assessment. 

Is there an exam? 

Yes, there is an exam. Participants will gain access to the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master^TM (PSM I) certification assessment post course attendance. 

Is the exam fee included? 

Yes, the certification exam fee is included in the course cost. Participants get 1 attempt at the PSM I included in the course fee. 

What is the pass mark? 

The Professional Scrum Master^TM (PSM I) certification exam is 60 minutes and made up of 80 Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer and True/False questions. The pass mark is 85%.

Who can attend this training course? 

The Scrum Master course is for anyone involved in product delivery using the Scrum framework, including Scrum Masters, Managers and Scrum Team members. Other relevant roles include Iteration Managers, Agile Project Managers, project team members, managers, developers, testers, technical coordinators, team managers and team leads, Program and Portfolio Managers  

Do I need to complete any training courses prior to undertaking the Scrum Master Certification course? 

It is not essential to have completed previous training courses prior to attending this workshop, however a strong knowledge of Agile / experience working in Agile environments is recommended.

Is this course facilitator-led?

Yes, this is a facilitator-led virtual workshop. You will be able to ask questions, engage with peers and put into practice your learnings during breakouts and group sessions.
