The Challenge

A shareholder and audit financial reporting system, built on and operated through approximately 180 manually maintained and geographically separated spreadsheets with a complex set of formulas and macros, all required to work together seamlessly for accuracy.

Build a system for, and to migrate all of them, to create full automation for accuracy and point-in-time data integrity.

  • Training and education to build agile teams and create new ways of working
  • Utilisation of Agility Health Radar as a benchmark tool to support coaching plans
  • Coaching Product Owners 
  • MVP test and learn to ensure directions and clarity
  • Off the shelf data warehousing and BPM tools, then turned into bespoke solution based off discovery
  • Quarterly OKRs & Big Room Plannings
  • Education of WoW at SteerCo and exec level
