Faced with the prospect of a merger and a highly competitive market, one of Australia’s largest superannuation organizations was faced with the challenge of simplifying ways of working to drive efficiency within portfolios.
Our Solution
EPiC collaborated closely with each Division to ensure the approach met their unique business needs, given their varying levels of maturity. Each Division had a specific strategy and roadmap for implementation.
Building internal capability was a strong focus, and we implemented a dedicated strategy for developing Scrum Master skills. This included a standardized approach to how Scrum Masters operate, using a multi-pronged method of training, coaching, a buddy system, boot camps, and Chapter Leadership Australia initiatives.
