The video shows a man on a Tuk Tuk changing a tire while the vehicle is still driving on the road. The driver shifts the balance of the Tuk Tuk to one side, allowing it to balance on two good tires while the third flat tire is replaced mid-journey. This balancing act is similar to how organizations often handle fixing their back-end systems while continuing to deliver value.
